Data Deletion

There is no account to delete. Sổ Huyết Áp requires no sign-up, has no servers, and stores nothing about you on our side. All of your data sits on your phone, so deleting it is entirely in your hands.

1. Delete a single reading

Open the reading in your history, choose delete and confirm. It disappears from the history and from the charts.

If you had the Slack webhook enabled, messages already sent to Slack are not removed — the app has no permission to delete messages in your chat channel. Delete those in Slack itself.

2. Delete family contacts, reminders, profile

Open Account and edit or delete within each section: Personal details, Family, Reminders.

3. Delete the Slack webhook address

Go to Account → Slack notifications → DELETE URL. This removes the saved address and switches sending off. From that moment your phone sends nothing outward.

Note that messages already delivered remain in your Slack channel until you delete them there.

4. Delete everything — remove the app

Removing Sổ Huyết Áp from your phone erases the app’s entire database: profile, every reading, family contacts, reminders and settings.

• iPhone: press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App.
• Android: press and hold the app icon → Uninstall. (Or Settings → Apps → Sổ Huyết Áp → Uninstall. The Clear data option on that screen also wipes everything while keeping the app installed.)

5. Do not forget files that already left the app

The following live outside the app, so removing it does not delete them. You have to find and delete them yourself if you want them gone:

• Backup files (.habak) you saved to Files, Google Drive or email, or sent to someone.
• PDF reports you exported or sent to a doctor.
• Messages sent to a Slack channel, if you ever enabled that feature.

6. Need us to delete something?

We hold none of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to support@cakastudio.com.
